This Programme aims at creating an overall awareness and training on Consumer Affairs with special emphasis on Consumer Protection. After completing this Programme the learners may become consumer activists, work in industries, NGOs and government departments on consumer affairs. They can file and plead their own cases in Consumer Redressal forums created under consumer Protection Act, 1986.
